Above Median Income Cases

 

Trustees have been asked to provide copies of the debtors tax returns, bank statements, and current payment advice to the OUST in every case above median income.

 

Failure to Provide Documents

 

In any case in which a debtor has failed to provide documents under 521 or Rule 1007 the trustee is to continue the case and provide the OUST with the date of the continued hearing.
